Judicial Services

Private Process Service:

We will help you through all the steps required for serving court papers. We will pick up your paperwork, bring it to the clerk of court to be filed, then once filed, we will locate and serve the defendant. Once papers have been successfully served, we will provide you, as well as the court with a notarized affidavit of service. Due diligence is company policy with every attempt of service in order to keep your costs at a minimum. Invoices must be paid upon receipt of affidavit of service.

Judicial Courier:

Pick up or drop off services to lawyers offices, courthouses, or wherever you need delivery. Same-day service available upon request.

We also provide notary services for our clients.

Eviction Services

While other process serving companies have a separate charge for just about everything, we believe that simple is best. Other companies charge for items such as mileage, limited attempts, going to rural areas, corner you by only serving at the address on the paper, or worst of all POSTING the eviction! Division 3 works differently. ONE set fee includes mileage that covers Berkeley, Charleston, and Dorchester counties. Unlimited attempts, we chase until it's served. We serve at home, work, or other addresses that become available after background checks are performed. That’s FREE background checks! Our servers NEVER POST evictions. A posted eviction gives the tenant 30 days. Our team goes to work around 5pm, after your tenant gets home. Once the eviction is in hand, the tenant gets 10 days, turning over the property faster.
